Meet Our Director – Aria Nick Bakht
Aria is the founder and director of Lattice. A civil engineer by training with a passion for buildings that dates back as far as he can remember. From early planning to final execution, he works alongside clients, architects, and teams to deliver every detail with clarity and excellence.
The goal extends beyond budgets and timelines to creating spaces that inspire, function seamlessly, and endure for generations. Bringing each project to life is what drives his passion.
Aria has 14+ years of experience and has held both office and site-based roles with some of Australia’s leading construction companies that has exposed him to complex and challenging projects and turned him into an astute problem solver.
He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and a Masters degree in Project Management from the University of New South Wales. He is a licensed builder and Class 2 certified building practitioner which enables him to take on any size project from a modest residential renovation to construction of a multi-storey apartment.
Aria believes every project should be a true reflection of its owner’s personal style and that the best spaces are those that feel right. That’s why he chooses integrity over image, precision over shortcuts, and relationships over transactions.
The name Lattice
Lattice derives its name from inspirations rooted in both nature and architecture.
In nature, a diamond’s exceptional strength comes from its intricate lattice structure, while in architecture, a lattice forms an interwoven framework that provides stability and elevates design. These elements mirror our core values of clarity, precision, and resilience.
